Durham Sixth Form Centre is one of the largest Post 16 educational providers in the region and with almost 1000 sixth form students we have a truly vibrant and adult atmosphere.

Our campus is located in an enviable city centre location with excellent transport links and a vast array of specialist facilities.

We offer a wide range of A Level and BTEC courses and a huge breadth of subjects, so no matter what your interest we can cater to your needs.

As a student in further education you will have a greater degree of freedom and responsibility than at secondary school as you are a young adult, more than capable of making your own decisions.

However, here at Durham Sixth Form Centre we pride ourselves on our caring atmosphere and we are committed to working closely with you and your parents to ensure that you make the most of the opportunities available.

We have dedicated teams of highly trained staff and advisers to ensure that you achieve your learning goals, are fully prepared for life after college and have an enjoyable experience with us.

We can also boast an award winning Careers Department who are always on hand to offer invaluable information, advice and guidance to help you get to where you want to be, whether that be in the world of work or higher education.
