Student Voice

The ‘Arts Panel’ is a group, comprising of students representatives, from all of the Arts Subjects. The ‘Arts Panel’ meetings provide a safe and effective forum, through which we can make our thoughts, opinions and suggestions heard in an effective way.

We meet up, formally, once every term, to discuss any issues and suggestions which students may have. The minutes are then circulated to students and staff alike. In the past, we have held events in order to raise money for the Arts Faculty. As well as this, our work has led to having a darkroom fitted for our photography students and the purchasing of a sandblaster for the Glass Students. We continue to work towards improving and maintaining a creative and inspirational Arts environment, in which we all can thrive.
